an expert of Accreditation and Ranking frameworks, had completed B.E.(Mechanical), M.E., (CAD/CAM), M.B.A.,(HR) PhD in Process Optimization through Anna University, Chennai, degrees to his credit and having 28 years of experience in the Educational and Industrial system design and optimization. Have served as Lecturer to Principal for Leading engineering colleges in Tamilnadu.
Has published 19 research papers in leading journals and holds 2 patents in his name out of the research efforts, also has published 2 Books with titles of Fluid Mechanics and Machinery and Professional Ethics for Engineers. He also possesses vast experience in accreditation and Ranking since 2013. He is Involved in developing Institutional management systems to match with NAAC, NBA and NIRF for as many as 7 institutions. He has about 6 years of experience in maintenance of pumped storage Hydro electric power station with Tamilnadu Electricity Board.

Dr. R. Santhanakrishnan is presently working as an Directorv (Academic), SAARC Masts Tech, Bengaluru and formerly worked as a Registrar Evaluation in CMR University, Bengaluru and worked as a Controller of Examinations in Amity University Mumbai, India. He did his B.E. (Aero), M.E. (Aero) and Ph.D. (Aero) in Anna University Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Dr. R. Santhanakrishnan has 18 years of rich Teaching Experience along with administrative experiences like Registrar (E), COE, Head of the Department, IQAC Coordinator.
